That the city utilize funds received from the sale of parking <br /> lot on Cajon Street for purchase of property adjacent to the <br /> Lincoln Shrine for parking purposes Said acquisition should <br /> be attempted in the near future in order tnat development of <br /> the church property for parking purposes on Fourth Street may <br /> be coordinated with development of the parcel recommended for <br /> purchase by the city <br /> 2. Tnat toe city pave the soath nalf of Vine Street at a cost of <br /> aplooximately 52800 00 Reason fof the .request is =av the <br /> charch agreed vo addi Tonal widening on their side of Vine in <br /> order that Gruen recommendations could be implemented. <br /> Locat,on of City Hall precluded widening on their side. <br /> 3 . That the city coozdinate the Location of their szoeez <br /> plantings with the church landscaping in order that there <br /> not be conflict primarily due to placemen, of said trees <br /> Also consideration no be given as to the location of <br /> miscellaneous signs, street lights, fire hydrants, etc. to <br /> further coordinate the arrangement of necessary street <br /> furnitare. <br /> 4 Than the city refund the full amount of money paid by the <br /> charch in taxes since the land was transferred approximately <br /> three years ago Estimated amount approximately $1800 00 . <br /> See m±nutes dated Aar eb 185 1969 <br />
