City and Subdivider are sometimes individually referred to herein as a "Party" <br /> and,together, as the "Parties " <br /> RECITALS <br /> WHEREAS, Subdivider is the owner or authorized developer of property located in the <br /> City of Redlands known as Tract No 19975 (the "Subdivision") for which Subdivider is <br /> obligated to construct certain improvements (the "Improvements") as a condition of approval of <br /> the Subdivision, and <br /> WHEREAS, City desires to ensure that the Improvements will be constructed in a good <br /> and workmanlike manner and in accordance with City laws, and <br /> WHEREAS, Subdivider acknowledges that it is familiar with the provisions of the <br /> Redlands Municipal Code and the State Subdivision Map Act (Government Code sections <br /> 66410 et seq )and agrees to comply therewith, and <br /> WHEREAS, a final map for the Subdivision has been prepared pursuant to the Redlands <br /> Municipal Code and the State Subdivision Map Act, and has been filed by Subdivider for <br /> consideration by City, <br /> 1 <br /> I\ca\djm\Agreements\SIA Tract 19975 doe <br />
