<br /> t THE GRANTOR -__ City of Redlands. a municipal corporation ,
<br /> a Corporation, hereby grants to CALIFORNIA WATER & TELEPHONE COMPANY, a corporation,
<br /> its successors and asstgns, the right to construct, use, maintain, alter, add to, repair, replace
<br /> and/or remove, in, on, under, and over the real property hereinafter described, situated in the
<br /> County of San B r rd i o , State of California, a telephone line, consisting of poles, neces-
<br /> sary guys and anchors, braces, cross-arms, wire, conduits, cables, and other fixtures and appliances,
<br /> for conveying electric energy to be used for communtcatton, telephone, telegraph and/or other purposes
<br /> Lot 16, Johnson's Subdivision, as shown by map recorded in Boo4 15 of Maps at page 9,
<br /> Records of said County and State.
<br /> The easement Hereby granted covers 2 feet on each side of the following described
<br /> center lime.:
<br /> Beginning at a point on the Northeasterly line of said Lot, I foot Northwesterly
<br /> from the Northeast corner thereof; thence S. 110 W., 30 feet.
<br /> The grantee herein agrees to remove,,all vlant fixtures placed on the above described
<br /> lot, under the right created by this easement, at its awn expense and at such time a$
<br /> the public convenience may so require.
<br /> THE GRANTEE, its successors and assigns, and its and their respective agents and employees,
<br /> shall have the right to trim or top such trees or shrubs as may endanger or interfere with said
<br /> telephone line, and shall have free access to said telephone line and every part thereof, at all
<br /> times, for the purpose of exercising the rights herein granted.
