GRANT OF FAST <br /> THE GRANTOR, the CITY OF REDLANDS, a -mmicipal corporation, hereby grants to <br /> the SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA EDV-130N COMPANY, a corporation, its successors and <br /> assigns, the right to construct, use, maintain, alter, acid to, replace, repair, <br /> and/or remove, in, on and over the real property hereinafter described, situated <br /> in the County of San Bernardino, State of California, an electric line, consisting <br /> of poles, nece4sary guys and anchors, cross—arms, wires and other fixtures and <br /> appliances, f'or conveying electric energy/ to be used for light, heat, power, <br /> telephone and/or other purposes. <br /> Said real property is described as follows: <br /> The NES of Lot or Block 28, Barton Ranch, in the City of Redlands, as per plat <br /> recorded in Book 6 of Maps, page 192 records of said County. <br /> All poles shall be erected and maintained within one foot of the following <br /> described lines <br /> Beginning at a point on the nest Nine of 'Texas Street, as the same now exists, <br /> distant 306.96 feet North of the Southeast corner of the NE4 of said Block 28; <br /> thence Wiest parallel with the North line of said Block 28, 370 feet. <br /> The Grantee, its successors and assigns, and its and their agents and employees, <br /> shall have free access to said electric line and every part thereof, at all times, <br /> for the purpose of exercising the ri-hts herein granted, and shall have the ri; ht <br /> to trim or top such trees as may endanger or interfere with said electric line. <br /> IN WITNESS WHER.
