J. GILMORE AND THERESE GILMORE <br />, the grant of real property <br />by ,GaANZ Deed in the City of Redlands, County of San <br />Bernardino, State of California, as described in the deed dated <br />FEBRUARY 19, 1958 and attached hereto <br />, saidproperty in— <br />eludingn. <br />All that portion of Blocks VII and XXXIII, Map of Redlands Heights, in <br />the City of Redlands, County of San Bernardino, State of California, <br />as per plat recorded in Book 11 of Maps, page 16, records of said <br />County, described as follows: <br />BEGINNING at a point on the Northeasterly line of Yucaipa Avenue, said <br />point lies.
