Taylor City Attorney City Hall Redlands, California He: Cajon Street Vacation Matter Dear Mr. Taylor: Z have your March 19th letter and have also just received the quitclaim deed from the California eater & Telephone Company to the City of Redlands which I enclose herewith. If you find the enclosed deed in proper Form will you please present it to the City Council and have the Council pass a resolution accepting the same. It will be appreciated if you will have two certified copies of such resolu'cion pre- pared and mail one of them to this office and the other may be mailed along with the enclosed deed to the San Bernardino office of the Security Title Insurance Company, attention Mr. Keith Henninger, so that the quitclaim deeds may be re- corded concurrently. In the meantime I will mail to the title company the quit- claim deed from the City of Redlands to our client, together with the certified copy of Resolution No. 929 which you have previously furnished. I am sending a copy of this letter to Mr. Henninger. It has been a pleasure to work with you in this matter.
