Whaley, City Clerk <br /> City of Redlands <br /> Redlands, California <br /> Dear Mr Whaley: <br /> Reference is made to our letter of September 5, 1957, in which <br /> -re gave notice of our interest in that portion of Cajon Street proposed to <br /> be vacated and that we desired an easement to maintains this plant in its <br /> present location <br /> We understand that the vacation was approved and adopted under <br /> Resolution No 900 on December 17, 1957, and that the property was acquired <br /> by the City of Redlands for City parking lot purposes. <br /> In view of this, we are enclosing our standard grant of easement <br /> form in triplicate It will be appreciated if you will present this docu- <br /> ment to the city council and arrange for proper execution on behalf of the <br /> City of Redlands In order that our records will be complete, please return <br /> the original and duplicate of our easement -together with two certified <br /> copies of the resolution.
