RESOLUTION NOo 960 RESOLUTION GRANTING EASEMENT 20 THE SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA EDISON COMPANY. BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Redlands hereby grants to Southern California Edison. Company, a corporation, its successor and assigns, the right to constructs , use, maintain, alter, add to, repair, replace, and/or remove, in, on and over the real _ cribed, situated in the County of San Bernardino,pStatetofhCalifornia9ereinafterdan electric line, consisting of poles , necessary guys and anchors, cross-arms , wires and other fixtures and appliances, and one 23 foot by 30 foot Trans- former Pad, for conveying electric energy to be used for light, hem-,_ power, telephone and/or other purposes. Said real property is described as follows : Parcel 1: A strip of land 10 feet in width lying within Lots Block 139 Stretci Map of Mentones as per plat recordedand n Book 8 of Maps, page 81a records of said County, the center line of the 10 foot strip of land being described as follows : Beginning at a point on the East line of Crafton Avenue, 452 feet North of the North line of Madeira Avenue, said Eas-t-.�ine of Crafton Avenize having a bearing of North 10 90" thence South 890 52' 20" .East 924°05 feet to the True of Beginning; thence South 820 45 ' 50" P East 42°16 feet to of nt point "A" The side lines of said 10 foot easement to be prolonged or shortened to terminate on the perimeter of the fallowing described parcel. Parcel 2: The Transformer Pad being located within the following described Property: That portion of Lot 99 Block 13, Stretch Map of Mentone, as per plat recorded in Book 8 of Maps, page 819 records of said County, the perimeter being described as follows : Beginning at Point "A" set out hereinabove ; thence South 88° 519 1.5" East 30 feet; thence South 11 08' 45" `gest 23 feet; thence North 880 51.9 15" West 30 feet: thence North 10 08' 45" East 23 feet to the point of beginning. The Grantee, its successors and assigns , and its and their respect- ive agents and employees, shall have the right to trim or top such trees as may endanger or interfere with said electric line, and shall have free access to said electric line and every pare thereof, at all times, for the purpose of exercising the rights herein granted.
