SECOND AMENDMENT TO THE AGREEMENT <br />FOR THE PROVISION OF PROFESSIONAL SERVICES <br />This second amendment ("Second Amendment") to the agreement to provide IT Network <br />Support services and maintenance for Police Department technology systems dated January 19, <br />2016, (the "Agreement"), by and between the City of Redlands, a municipal corporation ("City"), <br />and Ian Stewart Consulting ("Consultant"), is made and entered into this 16th day of January, 2018. <br />RECITALS <br />WHEREAS, it is the desire of the City to exercise its option to extend the initial term of <br />this agreement for an additional one-year term ending January 18, 2019; and <br />WHEREAS, it is the desire of City and Consultant to amend their existing Agreement, <br />specifically Section 5.1 entitled "Payments to Consultant," to amend payment terms; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, City and Consultant agree as follows: <br />AGREEMENT <br />Section 1. Paragraph 5.1 of the Agreement, entitled "Payments to Consultant" is hereby <br />amended to include as follows: <br />5.1 In addition to the compensation described above for the Initial Term and First <br />Renewal Term, additional compensation in the Second and Final Renewal Term of <br />one year is specified as follows: Forty Two Thousand dollars ($42,000) during the <br />first 6 months of the Second Renewal Term of this Agreement; and Eighty Two <br />Thousand dollars ($82,000) during the second 6 months of the Second Renewal <br />Term of this Agreement in accordance with Exhibit "B" entitled "Project Costs and <br />Hourly Rates." <br />Section 2.
