In the event of any <br />inconsistency between the terms contained in this Section and any other specific section or <br />clause of this Lease, the terms of the more specific clause shall prevail. <br />2. PREMISES. Landlord hereby leases to Tenant and Tenant leases from Landlord, those <br />certain Premises described in section 1, and in Exhibit "A" which is attached hereto and <br />incorporated herein by reference. Tenant acknowledges that it has examined the Premises and <br />accepts the Premises in their "as is" present condition. <br />3. TERM.
