M. <br /> A regular meeting of the City Council, City of Redlands, California, held <br /> at the regular place of meeting. <br /> Present: Councilmen Clapp, Cranston, Maccubbin, Spoor, and Mayor <br /> Bruggemeyer,, together, with the Deputy City Clerk, Treasurer, Attorney and, Engineer. <br /> Absent: None. <br /> The minutes of the last regular meeting were read, and after an informal <br /> discussion regarding the correctness of two items, were approved as read. <br /> II.;* <br /> The Mayor stated they were ready to hear from anyone having matters to <br /> present, whereupon Councilman thaccubbin suggested the reading of the report of the joint! <br /> meeting of the Beautification Committee of the Contemporary Club, Chamber of Commerce <br /> and Planning Commission on January .13, 1937, so the Council would better understand the <br /> 0 action. taken.
