<br />centerline of "G" Street, 50 feet wide, (now known as Wabash Avenue) said point also being the
<br />Northwest corner of Lot 5 of said Block of said Tract, thence Easterly along said south line of
<br />said Lot 4, South 890 10'27" East, 25 00 feet to the true point of beginning
<br />Thence Northerly, along a line 25 feet east of and parallel to said centerline of said
