RESOLUTION NO 7926 <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS APPROVING <br /> THE DESTRUCTION OF CERTAIN PUBLIC RECORDS <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Redlands adopted Resolution No 6576 on <br /> February 20, 2007, which established regulations governing the retention and disposition of <br /> records, and <br /> WHEREAS, in accordance with the requirements of Resolution No 6576, the <br /> Revenue/Customer Service Divisions have submitted an application for the destruction of certain <br /> public records which are described ul Exhibit "A" to this Resolution, <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Redlands as <br /> follows <br /> Section I That the applications for the destruction of public records as described are <br /> Exhibit "A" is hereby approved <br /> ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 18th day of December, 2018 <br /> Mayor, City of Redlands <br /> Attest <br /> Je Donaldson, City Clerk <br /> 1 <br /> I aesolutions\Res 7900-7999\7926 Revenue Division Records Destruction 12 18 18.docx <br />
