ORDINANCE NO. 2753 <br /> AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS ADDING CHAPTER <br /> 18195 TO THE REDLANDS MUNICIPAL CODE TO ESTABLISH <br /> REGULATIONS GOVERNING TEMPORARY SALES AND SPECIAL <br /> EVENT FACILITIES WITHIN DEVELOPED COMMERCIAL AND <br /> INDUSTRIAL ZONED PROPERTIES <br /> THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS DOES ORDAIN AS <br /> FOLLOWS- <br /> Section 1 Chapter 18 195, entitled "Temporary Sales and Special Event Facilities," <br /> is hereby added to the Redlands Municipal Code to read as follows <br /> "CHAPTER 18 195 <br /> TEMPORARY SALES AND SPECIAL EVENT FACILITIES <br /> 18 195 010 GENERAL PROVISIONS <br /> 18 195 020 PERMITTING PROCEDURES <br /> 18 195 010 GENERAL PROVISIONS The purpose of this chapter is to establish regulations <br /> governing certain temporary or intermittent uses or activities proposed within developed <br /> commercial or industrial zoned properties and to allow temporary retail sales or other special <br /> events which are not related to any holiday event regulated by Chapter 18 194 of this Code <br /> A A"temporary sales and special event facility"(hereinafter"Facility or Facilities") <br /> means an outdoor facility proposed to be located within developed commercial or <br /> industrial zoned properties that is devoted to the sale of goods or services for any <br /> organization, which represents a variation from the facility's normal operation or <br /> location. Examples include, but are not limited to <br /> 1 Parking lot sales events, <br /> 2 Automobile sales for dealerships proposing to use off-site premises for an <br /> event,and whose principal dealership location is in the City, <br /> 3 Charitable fundraisers for non-profit organizations; <br /> 4 Carnivals, circuses and other entertamment events, excluding concerts <br /> B All Facilities shall be subject to the following requirements. <br /> I lcclei-MOrdmances12763 Adding 18 195 temporary sales.doe 1 <br />
