ORDINANCE NO 2597 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS AMENDING TITLE 18 OF THE REDLANDS MUNICIPAL CODE BY ADOPTING A REVISED LAND USE ZONING MAP ZONE CHANGE NO 386 THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS Section 1 The zoning designation for 4 76 acres of vacant property located on the north side of Orange Avenue, 300 feet east of Kansas Street and further identified as Assessor's Parcel Nos 292-202-11 and 12 is hereby changed from"A-1 (Agricultural)District to "R-3" (Multiple Family Residential)District on the City's Land Use Zoning Map Section 2. Tlus ordinance shall become effective only upon the adoption of Resolution No 6363 approving a general plan amendment to change the land use designation of the property described in Section 1 hereto from Light Industrial to High Density Residential Section 3 The Mayor shall sign this ordinance and the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this ordinance and shall cause it, or a summary of it, to be published once 1n the Redlands Daily Facts, a newspaper of general circulation within the City, and thereafter,this ordinance shall take effect in accordance with law and its provisions May of the City of RetlAnds ATTEST CERTIFICATION 9itytlerk 1.Lorrie Poyzer,City Clerk of the City of Redlands.California do hereby certify that this is a true and correct Copy of ordinance No.gs „l which has been published in the local newspaper pursuant to law.
