RESOLUTION NO. 6391 <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS <br /> ADOPTING PROPOSED AMENDMENT NOS. 2005-2-B TO THE REDLANDS <br /> GENERAL PLAN AS THE CITY'S SECOND CYCLE GENERAL PLAN <br /> AMENDMENT FOR CALENDAR YEAR 2005 <br /> WHEREAS,in accordance with Government Code section 65353,the Planning Commission <br /> of the City of Redlands has reviewed the proposed amendment number 2005-2-B to the Redlands <br /> General Plan and made a written recommendation for adoption of such amendment to the City <br /> Council after holding noticed public hearings; and <br /> WHEREAS, notice of this City Council's public hearing for the amendment was duly <br /> published in the Redlands Daily Facts by the Redlands City Clerk; and <br /> WHEREAS, following a public hearing on the proposed amendment, at which this City <br /> Council provided opportunity for public testimony,the City Council determined that adoption of the <br /> proposed amendment is in the best interest of the public health, safety and general welfare; <br /> NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Redlands that <br /> the following second cycle amendment for the calendar year 2005 to the Redlands' General Plan be <br /> adopted: <br /> Section 1. Amendment No. 2005-2-B: The Circulation Element of the General Plan is <br /> hereby amended to remove the"Collector"designation for New York Street,north of the intersection <br /> with State Street to the intersection of Redlands Boulevard,and the Land Use Element of the General <br /> Plan is amended to change the designation from Light Industrial, Commercial and Linear Park <br /> Overlay to Office for the property described in Exhibit"A." <br /> ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 19th day of April, 2005. <br /> Mayor of the City of Redlands <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City Clerk <br /> DIMIRESOk6391 esri gpa 1 <br />
