ORDINANCE NO 2422 <br /> An Ordinance of the City Council of the City of Redlands authorizing an amendment <br /> to the contract between the City Council of the City of Redlands and the Board of <br /> Administration of the California Public Employees' Retirement System <br /> The City Council of the City of Redlands does ordain as follows- <br /> .Section 1 <br /> That an amendment to the contract between the City Council of the City of <br /> Redlands and the Board of Administration, California Public Employees' Retirement <br /> System is hereby authorized, a copy of said amendment being attached hereto, <br /> marked Exhibit, and by such reference made a part hereof as though herein set out <br /> in full <br /> Section 2 <br /> The Mayor of the City Council is hereby authorized, empowered and directed to <br /> execute said amendment for and on behalf of said Agency <br /> Section 3. <br /> The Mayor shall sign this ordinance and the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption <br /> of this ordinance and shall cause it, or a summary of it, to be published once in the <br /> Redlands Daily Facts, a newspaper of general circulation within the City of <br /> Redlands, and therefore, this ordinance shall take effect in accordance with the <br /> law <br /> Adopted and approved this 19th day of Oct , 1999 <br /> Mayo of the f Re I nds <br /> Attest. <br /> qCityerk <br />
