MOSELEY, CITY CLERK <br /> C <br /> "'Y �&� <br /> Deputy City Clerk, City of <br /> Redlands <br /> RESOLUTION No 436 <br /> (Close Portion Eighth St <br /> On motion duly seconded and carried, the Board adopted the fol- <br /> lowing Resolution- <br /> "Resolved by the Board of Trustees of the City of Redlands, that <br /> that portion of Eighth Street lying between the north line of Redlands <br /> Avenue and the north line of the Santa Fe Railroad Company' s Right of <br /> Way, in the City of Redlands, be and the same is hereby closed, <br /> vacated and abandoned; It is further Resolved: that it appears to <br /> the Board of Trustees of said city, that there are no costs, damages <br /> or expenses occasioned by or arising out of the closing of said street, <br /> as aforesaid, and that no assessment is necessary to pay any costs , <br /> damages or expenses for the same, therefore no commissioners are <br /> appointed to assess the benefits or damages for said work or to have <br /> supervision thereof <br /> I , Alice G.
