RESOLUTION NO. 2110 <br /> RESOLUTION CONCERNING AUTHORIZATION TO APPLY FOR FEDERAL GRA14T UNDO <br /> FEDERAL WATER POLLUTION CONTROL ACT (33 T .S.C. 466 at seq.). <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Redlands hereby resolves <br /> that authorization is made to file an application for Federal grant under <br /> the Federal Water Pollution Control Act (33 U.S.C. 466 et seq.), and the <br /> City Council being the governing borty of the Applicant agrees that if a <br /> Federal grant for the Project is made pursuant to the Federal Water <br /> Pollution Control Act (33 U S.C. 466 at sego), the Applicant will pay <br /> the remaining cost of the approved Project; and, the Applicant will <br /> provide proper and efficient oparation and maintenance of the appraved <br /> Project after completion of construction thereof. <br /> The City of Redlands hereby authorizes Fred H, Workman, City Manager., <br /> to filer this application and act as its representive in this application. <br /> ADOPTED, SIGNED AND AF'FROSED this $th day of Marchs 1961. <br /> #3 T.
