<br /> 'I SOLUTION OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS FINDING THAT ALL OF A CERTAIN ALLEY 1S
<br /> UNNECESSARY FOR PRESENT OR PROSPECTIVE ALLEY PURPOSES AND ORDERING VACATION
<br /> OF SAID ALLEY,, ALLEY VACATION NO. 30.
<br /> THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF`REDLANDS ORDAINS AS FOLLM.-
<br /> SECTION ONE; The City Council of the City of Redlands having elected to
<br /> proceed under the provisions of Division 59 Part 1,, Chapter 2 of the Streets
<br /> and Highways Code of the State of California, and having held a public hearing
<br /> as provided therein, hereby finds from all evidence submitted that the alley
<br /> described in this resolution is unnecessary for present or prospective alley (J1
<br /> purposes and that the public interest and convenience requires the closing of
<br /> d alley.
<br /> SECTION TW 2 The City Council hereby orders the vacation of all of a
<br /> certain alley described as follows-.
<br /> All that alleyin the City of Redlands9 County of
<br /> San Bernardino., State of California, being 13 feet
<br /> in width and lyang between Lot 7 and Lots 1, 2 and 3
<br /> of the Excelsior Tract as per plat recorded in Book 5
<br /> of Maps, page 40 thereof, extending from the westerly
<br /> line of 80 foot wide Cajon Street to the westerly line
<br /> of Lot 7 extended,,
<br /> SECTION THREE-, In the proceeding herein adopted by this City Council for
<br /> the vacation of the alley described in Section Two,, the City of Redlands reserves
<br /> and excepts from the vacation the permanent easement and right at any time., or
<br /> from time to time, to construct, maintain, operate, replace., remove and renew
<br /> sanitary sewers and storm drains and appurtenant structures in., upon9 over and
<br /> across any alley or pant thereof proposed to be vacated and pursuant to any
<br /> existing franchises or renewals thereof, or otherwise, to construct, maintaan,
<br /> operate, replace, removes renew and enlarge lines of pipe, conduits, cables,
<br /> wires, poles, and other convenient structures., equipment, and fixtures for the
<br /> operation of gas pipe lines, telegraphic and telephone lines, railroad lines,
<br /> and for the distribution or transportation of ctric energy, petroleum., and its
<br /> products, ammonia, water and incidental purposes, including access and right to
<br /> keep the property free from inflammable materials and wood growth, and to other-
<br /> wise protect the same from all hazards in, upon, and over the street proposed to
<br /> be vacated,,
<br /> SECTION FOUR: The City Council hereby determines that the vacation of the
<br /> alley described herein is required by public interest., convenience, safety and
<br /> welfare.
