Box 3005 <br />Redlands, CA 92373 <br />RE.SOLUTION NO. 5000 <br />RECORDED I'N <br />OFFICIAL RECORDS <br />93 AUG -6 PM 12: 05 <br />SAN BERNARDINO <br />CO., CALIF, <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS <br />DESIGNATING AN HISTORIC LANDMARK <br />HISTORIC RESOURCE NO. 86 <br />WHEREAS, Chapter 2.62 of the Redlands Municipal Code establishes rules and <br />regulations governing the designation, preservation and perpetuation of historical and <br />scenic properties; and <br />WHEREAS, the Historic and Scenic Preservation Commission has held a duly <br />advertised public hearing to consider designating the following as a historic resource: <br />Barton House <br />11245 Nevada Street <br />Redlands, California <br />WHEREAS, the Historic and Scenic Preservation Commission has nominated <br />the above -mentioned property as a historic landmark in accordance with procedures <br />established in Chapter 2.62 of the Redlands Municipal Code; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Redlands has held a duly advertised <br />public hearing to consider the recommendation of the Historic and Scenic Preservation <br />Commission; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of <br />Redlands as follows: <br />1.
