RESOURCE NO. SS <br />WHEREAS, Chapter 2.62 of the Redlands Municipal Code establishes rules and <br />regulations governing the designation, preservation and perpetuation of historical and scenic <br />properties; and <br />WHEREAS, the Historic and Scenic Preservation Commission has held a duly <br />advertised public hearing to consider designating the following as an historic property: <br />Montgomery House <br />159 West Palm Avenue <br />Redlands, California <br />WHEREAS, the Historic and Scenic Preservation Commission has nominated the <br />above -mentioned property as a historic property in accordance with procedures established in <br />Chapter 2.62 of the Redlands Municipal Code; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Redlands has held a duly advertised public <br />hearing to consider the recommendation of the Historic and Scenic Preservation Commission; <br />and <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT'ZESOI.:'ED by the City Council of the '' «y � n a� ,Ct Cit of Redlari s <br />as follows: <br />1.
