It <br />being expressly understood that title to such combinations re- <br />ceiving and transmitting radio set shall remain with the said <br />City, and that party of the second part is allowed only the <br />use thereof during term of this agreement. <br />It is understood and agreed that the City of Redlands operates <br />a base radio transmitter KF833 by virtue of a FCC Radio License from <br />Federal Communications Commission, and that the rules and regulations <br />for the use of the same are definite and specific and that they have <br />been read and reviewed by the party of the second part herein, ant he <br />agrees at all times to use the said city owned radio unit only th u th, <br />said City transmitter and agrees to operate said equipment at all time- <br />strltctly in accordance with the FCC rules and regulations, and to hold <br />the city harmless from any violations thereof. The said la rty of the <br />second part agrees not to transfer the said radio equipment out of saic <br />ambulance and not to allow anyone to use the same who is not prop rly <br />qualified to use same® <br />- 2 - <br />
