m3F,97 m5t.77 <br />COVEAART RUMNING WITH THE LAND <br />I <br />THIS AGREEMEivT, made and entered into this 3 day of <br />19 by and between -the CITY OF �REDLAlV1JS, California, <br />a municipal corporation, hereinafter referred to as Party of the <br />First Part, and HARROLD BLAIVCHARD BELCHER and DCRIS BERNADI1ZE BELCHLR, <br />husband and wife, hereinafter referred to as Parties of the Second <br />Part. <br />II <br />Parties of the Second Part state that they are the owners <br />as joint tenants of property located at 217-219-221 East State Street <br />in the City of Redlands, said property being described as follows: <br />Lot 3, Block 14, Town Plat of Redlands. <br />III <br />THE CITY OF REDLAN DS, Party of the First Part, hereby <br />consents to the location and construction of an exterior window on <br />the west wall of the building on the herein -described property now <br />owned by Parties of the Second Part, but only on the express con- <br />dition and covenant of Parties of the Second Part that they will <br />close all such windows or other openings on the west wall of their <br />building by masonry construction to conform with all requirements <br />of the Uniform Building Code in the event that at any future time <br />any structure on the adjoining property to the west is caused to <br />be located any distance closer to the west property line of <br />Parties of the Second Part than the now existing set back. <br />
