AAA <br />CERTIFIED SERVICE <br />IN <br />V <br />Addressograp6-Multgraph C rparation <br />FULL MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT <br />IN CONSIDERATION of the payment of $.. 791..75. -......each year in advance, we agree to perform pre- <br />ventive maintenance service and furnish necessary replacement parts on the Addressograph-Multigraph equipment <br />listed by model and serial number on the reverse side of this form, subject to the following terms: <br />1. To insure good, continuing mechanical performance and to extend the period of its usefulness, the Addresso- <br />graph-Multigraph equipment will be cleaned, lubricated and adjusted periodically, the frequency of which is <br />designated on the reverse side of this Agreement. Any necessary suggestions to the Operator will also be fur- <br />nished at the time service is performed. <br />2. This full Maintenance Agreement includes ALL REPLACEMENT PARTS (including Graphotype dies and <br />punches) found necessary to maintain the Addressograph-Multigraph equipment in good mechanical condition. <br />This Maintenance Agreement also includes ALL LABOR necessary for replacement of parts, adjustments, <br />cleaning and lubricating. <br />3. This Agreement does not include new attachments, nor operating supplies such as: <br />For Addressograph equipment —ribbons, ink, plates, frames, Nickeltypes, or parts and sharpening on Class 9300 <br />and 1977 Die and Punch units. <br />For Multigraph equipment —ribbons, ink, ink rollers (soft rubber, felt, or composition), electrotypes, rubber <br />Repelex rollers, rubber platens, rubber rolls for continuous load feeder, Multilith blankets, Molleton covers, <br />nor labor to replace Molleton covers. <br />Any new attachment added to a machine covered by this Agreement will be maintained for the additional fee, <br />if any, as shown on the Company's schedule of rates. <br />4. This Agreement includes "Special Calls" (service calls made between the regularly scheduled preventive <br />maintenance calls), requested by the user and found by the service representative to be necessary to keep <br />equipment in good mechanical condition. <br />5. This Agreement includes all travel expense EXCEPT on Special Service Calls requested by users located more <br />than 25 miles from source of service, in which case a charge will be made for travel expense only (not for labor). <br />6. This Agreement does not include replacement parts nor labor necessitated by fire, water, or accident. It does <br />not include the replacement of burned-ouf motors, nor the cost of replacement motors necessitated by changes <br />in power line specifications. <br />7. Installation of new ink rollers, Repelex rollers, ribbons and blankets will be performed without charge if the <br />service representative is present for other reasons. A regular service charge will be made if a Special Call is <br />requested only for the purpose of installing these items. <br />8. It is understood that the equipment covered by this Agreement is in good mechanical condition on the date <br />this Agreement becomes effective. Maintenance service will be performed only during our sales office's regular <br />business hours. The service will be performed on the user's premises. <br />9. This Agreement is to remain in effect until cancelled by either party by giving thirty (30) days' written notice <br />in advance. In the event of such cancellation prior to the end of any yearly period, Customer will be refunded <br />the amount due for the unexpired portion on a pro-rata basis. Such cancellation may be effected as to the <br />entire Agreement or as to any one or more of the machines covered hereby. <br />10.
