PROJECT AGREEMENT -1956 FISCAL YEAR <br />SERCOND SUPPLEMENTAL MEMORANDUM OF AGREFIiENT entered <br />into by and between the <br />hereinafter referred to as the city, and the Department <br />of Public Works of the State of California, hereinafter <br />referred to as the department, <br />WITNESSETH, THAT, WHEREAS, a memorandum of agreement <br />for expenditure of funds accruing during the fiscal year <br />ending June 30, 19 , and allocated under the provisions <br />of Section 194 and Section 2107 of the Streets and Highways <br />Code upon major city streets was executed by the city <br />NOV012boOr5 , 19 , and by the department NOVember 15 <br />19 , providing for the work described herein as project <br />92 thmwgh <br />WHEREAS, the city now desires that said agreement be <br />amended and has submitted to the department a supplemental <br />budget to ProVide fundsfor the additional worlk- d.d <br />h €eta 9 der 1Pirtiale <br />NOW, THEREFORE, It is mutually agreed by and between <br />the city and the department that said agreement be amended <br />as follows: <br />- 1 - <br />
