That Vendor hereby agrees to sell said used <br /> lumber, plumbing and masonry supplies and other construction materials to <br /> Vendee for the sum of U.00 as full consideration for the purchase thereof. <br /> AGREMLNT. This agreement by Vendor to sell the said used lumber, <br /> plumbing and assonry supplies and other construction materials is made <br /> and accepted upon the following terms and conditions ghich the Vendee <br /> h-reto consents and agrees to beep and perform. <br /> 1.
