of one-half of one per cent (1/2 of Ifl.) of the gross receipts <br />of sales of new and used aircraft by Air Service, <br />THIS CITY COUNCIL HEREBY GRANTS, a license for a period of <br />six months commencing the 9th day of June, 1962, renewable by the <br />City only on a month to month basis after the expiration of such <br />term. Under this license, the City agrees 'to permit to Air Service <br />the following rights and privileges: <br />1. To use the existing runway and taxi areas presently <br />owned by the City of Redlands or to be acquired by the City of <br />Redlands, to take off and land aircraft on a twenty-four hour per <br />day basis. <br />2. To have ingress and egress to said runway and taxi <br />areas from contiguous land. <br />3. To use such runway lights and lighting as might be <br />installed by the City to the extent reasonably required for the <br />safe operation of aircraft at night. <br />4. To use said runway and taxi areas to comply at all <br />times i-,7ith all federal, state and local laws and regulations. <br />Such use of the Municipal Airport facilities sl-all be limited <br />to the following services: <br />1. Air Ambulance <br />2. Flight Instruction and Aircraft Rental <br />3. Charter Flights <br />4. Aviation Fuel Sales <br />5. Authorized Cessna Agency <br />FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION of receiving -this license, Air <br />Service agrees: <br />1. To make payments as follows: <br />(a) 50 of the gross receipts of the business con- <br />ducted by the Williams Air Service under the terms of this license <br />-2- <br />
