Owner presently owns the following described property: <br />Lot 6 in Block d of Lugonia Heights in the City of <br />Redlands, County of San Bernardino, State of <br />California, as per map recorded in Book 8 Page <br />12 of Maps, Records of San Bernardino County. <br />Said property is commonly known as 832 High <br />Avenue, Redlands, California. <br />2. Owner is desirous of inducing City to make certain inspections <br />and grant certain approvals. <br />NOW THEREFORE, Owner declares that the property above <br />described is held and shall be conveyed subject to the restrictions, conditions, <br />covenants, charges and agreements set forth in this declaration, as follows: <br />I <br />Owner shall not sell, transfer, assign, or conveythe above <br />described parcel except as a single and whole parcel so long as said parcel <br />is used for multiple -residence purposes. <br />II <br />The provisions contained in this declaration shall bind, and inure <br />to the benefit of, and be enforceable by, all parties her eto, their heirs, <br />legatees, devisees, administrators, executors, successors and assigns. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this <br />agreement and declaration on the day and year first above mentioned. <br />--1- <br />
