TIME OF COMPLETION: The work to be completed within the time stipulated by the Contractor in the Bid Form. <br />3. THE CONTRACT SUM: The City to pay the Contractor in accoMonce with the Bid Form. <br />4. PROGRESS PAYMENTS: Monthly progress payments to be made in accordance with the Specifications. <br />S.
