PB PITNEY-BOWES, Inc., Stamford, Connecticut <br />QUARTERLY MACHINE INSPECTION AGREEMENT <br />Pitney -Bowes, Inc., agrees to render quarterly inspection service on the machine(s) listed and at the annual rate (s) speci- <br />fied, and to provide without further charge up to a maximum of eight special calls, under the following terms and conditions: <br />To clean, oil, adjust and test each machine once each calendar quarter, furnishing all necessary lubricants. <br />To install during any inspection call, "consumable" parts such as ink rollers, moistener brushes, feed belts, separator <br />and impression rubbers or Mail Opener knives at established prices but without extra charge for service time. <br />Additional service required, authorized and rendered, will be charged at established prices for parts and labor. <br />When the equipment covered is located more than 25 miles from a Branch Office or established point of service, an <br />additional charge for travel time and expense is included in the total annual rate. <br />This agreement is subject to acceptance by the Company at its Home Office and will remain in force until cancelled <br />in writing by either party.
