l C.eA ; <br /> � r <br /> SUBCONTRACT <br /> BETWEEN <br /> REDLANDS FLIGHTLINE, INC. <br /> AND <br /> REDLANDS FLITE SFRVICE <br /> THIS AGREEMENT, entered into between REDLANDS FLIGHTLINE, <br /> INC. , a corporation, hereinafter referred to as "LESSOR" and Robert <br /> L WiJkinson and Andy Anderson as joint tenants, doing business <br /> as ReDLANDS FLITE SERVICE, hereinafter referred to as "LESSEE" <br /> and :12 approved by the City of Redlands, hereinafter referred to <br /> as "ciry" . <br /> WHEREAS, the City owns the land within the airport <br /> as set forth in the Municipal Airport Master Plan, and <br /> WHEREAS, the LESSOR is the owner of certain real <br /> property described in Exhibit "A" , adjacent to the Redlands <br /> ''lunici Dal Airport, and <br /> WHEREAS, the LESSOR has been granted certain non- <br /> exclusive rights by a FIELD USE AGREEMENT AND/OR FIELD MANAGE- <br /> LENT AGREEMENT dated September 19, 1964, and LESSOR has the <br /> right under said agreement to subcontract portions of the <br /> activities under the terms of said agreement provided such <br /> subcontract meets the requirements of said agreement and is <br /> approved by the City Copies of said agreement are attached <br /> nereio as Exhibit "A" , and <br /> WHEREAS , the LESSEE desires to take a lease of a por- <br /> t7on of said real property as indicated in Exhibit "B" attached <br /> hereto and incorporated herein; and to conduct the following <br /> activities on a non-exclusive basis; flight training, charter <br /> and air taxi service, the sale of new and used aircraft and the <br /> sale of airman supplies and accessories excepting those items <br /> which would become an integral part of an aircraft. <br /> NOW THEREFORE it is mutually stipulated and agreed by <br /> the parties: <br /> (1) Lessors Agreements with City of Redlands . <br /> Lessor and Lessee hereby agree to comply with all <br /> terms and conditions of the Field Use Agreement and <br /> Management Agreement, each dated September 19, 1964, <br /> between the City of Redlands and Redlands Flightline, <br /> Inc. , which agreements are attached as Exhibit "A" <br /> incorporated herein, and to comply with such further <br /> and additional requirements as are set forth in this <br /> sub-contract. <br /> (2) Additional Agreements required by City. <br /> Lessor and Lessee agree to the following. <br /> a. Lessee in the operations to be conducted <br /> pursuant to the provisions of this lease and otherwise <br /> in the use of the airport, will not discriminate or <br /> permit discrimination against any person or class of <br /> persons by reason of race, color, creed or national <br /> origin in any manner prohibited by Part 15 of the <br />
