AGRE�M ITI ?OR TJF Y.M.C.A. SOFTBALL FIELD <br />The purpose of this agreement by and between the Redlands Recreation <br />Cormission €;.n,d the Y.M.C.A. is to lease the Young Menus Christian <br />Association softball field for the period from May 1, 1967 to <br />September 1, 1967. The field is located at 500 East Citrus Avenue, <br />Redlands, California, adjacent to the Y.M.C.A. Building. <br />For the use of the Y.I;.C.A. softball field, the Redlands Recreation <br />Commission agrees as follows: <br />1. Use the field for softball only on Monday through Saturday <br />nights inclusive. <br />2. Pay to the Y.M.C.A. a charge for water and lights as <br />followsr <br />a.. >60.00 per month for lights <br />b. $60.00 per month for grater <br />3. Maintain and keep the softball playing field in a neat and <br />orderly condition. <br />4. Control the operation of the lighting from the softball field, <br />so a Y.M.C.A. attendant is not required to be on duty. <br />y. Provide liability insurance coverage for all activities <br />conducted unifier this lease. <br />6.
