LEASE AGR <br /> This Agreement, made this k.ot, day of d c W , , <br /> 196, by and between Mr. Jack Clay, hereinafter called "Clay", and <br /> the City of Redlands - Redlands Unified School District Recreation <br /> Commission, hereinafter called "Commission" <br /> `IPNESS TH: <br /> That for a good and valuable consideration, the receipt of which <br /> is hereby acknowledged, CLAY does hereby lease the yard area <br /> located at 11 sb in Street, Bryn wr, California, to the Commission <br /> for a period of six (6) months commencing the 3rd day of <br /> J NARY , 1961, and terminating on the 3rd day of <br /> JUNE , 1961. <br /> 1. The Co ission eov'enants as follows: <br /> a. To use the area at 11 Main Street, Bryn Mawr, California, <br /> shown in red color on Exhibit A attached hereto, for recreation <br /> activities during the daytime hours only. <br /> b. To commit no waste or nuisance on the premises. <br /> c. To hold Clay harmless from any liability for any dam . <br /> to any occupant of the property or to any other person during the term <br /> of the lease. <br /> d. To provide liability coverage on all programs planned on <br /> these premises. <br /> 2. Neither Clay or the Co ¢'ssion shall be liable to the other for <br /> loss or damage caused by fire or explosion. <br /> 3. Terminations It is mutually agreed as follows: <br /> a. That Clay may cancel and terminate this <br /> rental, by giving thirty (30) days notice in writing either by •«rsonal <br /> delivery or registered mail. It is agreed that if default shall be <br /> made in any of the covenants herein contained, it shall then be proper <br /> for Clay , or its agents, to re-enter the said premises and to <br />
