AGREEMENT <br />The undersigned, Wilson Heard, 706 West Fern Avenue, Redlands, <br />California, hereby agrees to rent the premises at 21 West <br />Colton Avenue, Redlands, California, to the Redlands Ambulance <br />Company for the period June 1, 1969, to November 31, 1970, at <br />the rate of $183.O0 per month. I further agree to grant the <br />Redlands Ambulance Company an option to extend this rental <br />agreement at the monthly rate of $183.00 for the period Dec- <br />ember 1, 1970, to May 3, 1971, or any lesser portion thereof. <br />Notice of the exercise of this option must be given me by <br />November 1, 1970. <br />Signed: Wilso eard <br />Date: <br />The undersigned, Leroy Gish, owner of the Redlands Ambulance <br />Service, hereby agrees to rent the premises at 21 West Colton <br />Avenue, Redlands, California from Mr. Wilson Heard for the <br />period June 1, 1969, to November 31, 1970, at the rate of $183.00 <br />per month.
