Wash all lobby glass windows <br />(C) EVERY -TWO WEEKS <br />1. Wax floors and take off heel marks <br />(D) MONTHLY <br />1. Dust high areas such as door casings, mouldings, etc. <br />(E) QUARTERLY <br />1. Clean plastic electric light covers in ceiling <br />2. Clean all lobby and patio furniture <br />3. Brush air-conditioning and heating vents <br />Contractor is to furnish all supplies and equipment necessary <br />to properly perform this service with the exception of restroom <br />supplies such as hand soap, hand towels, deodorants, toilet tissue, <br />paper towels, etc. All equipment, materials, and supplies are to be <br />of first class quality. <br />Contractor is to bond all employees ($2500) and carry Workmen's <br />Compensation, Public Liability and Property Damage Insurance, <br />(100,000 & 300,000) for the entire airport building and surrounding <br />common passageways. Contractor is to furnish City with certificates <br />of insurance. Each of said certificates of insurance must contain <br />language providing that no cancellation of the particular policy <br />represented can be made without the insurance company notifying City <br />thirty (30) days prior to any such cancellation. <br />Contractor shall commence performing service pursuant to this <br />Agreement on November _1,_ 1969 and ending on October 31,1.970 If per- <br />formance is unsatisfactory, the City reserves the right to cancel all <br />or any portion of contract by giving thrity (30) days written notice. <br />Monthly payments of $150.00, in arrears, shall be made to the <br />Contractor on or before the 15th day of each month beginning on <br />December, 1969 and each month thereafter for the term of the <br />agreement. <br />This agreement shall commence on November 1 1969, and <br />expire on October 31 , 1970. <br />The City shall have the option of extending this agreement <br />under the same terms and conditions, for a period of one (1) year <br />from the date of expiration thereof. <br />- 2 - <br />
