I. THE ARCHITECT shall provide professional services for the Project in accordance with the Terms <br />and Conditions of this Agreement. <br />IL THE OWNER shall compensate the Architect, in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of <br />this Agreement, as follows: <br />a. FOR THE ARCHITECT'S ADDITIONAL. SERVICES, as described in Paragraph 1.3, a fee computed <br />as follows: <br />Principals' time at the fixed rate of dollars ($ <br />per hour. For the purposes of this Agreement, the Principals are: <br />Employees' time computed at a multiple of <br />times the employees' Direct Personnel Expense as defined in Article 4. <br />Additional services of professional consultants engaged for the normal structural, me- <br />chanical and electrical engineering services at a multiple of <br />( ) times the amount billed to the Architect for such additional services. <br />(see continuation below) <br />c. FOR THE ARCHITECT'S REIMBURSABLE EXPENSES, amounts expended as defined in Article 5, except <br />such expenses expended to date which are construed as part of the Pre— <br />liminary Engineering Service Proposal. <br />d. THE TIMES AND FURTHER CONDITIONS OF PAYMENT shall be as described in Article 6. <br />b. (continued) <br />The following additional services are provided as part of the Preliminary <br />Engineering ,Service Proposal: <br />1. Recommended retail selling prices and overall markup. <br />2. Artist's original color rendering of structure. <br />3. Crypt ownership diagram. <br />e. The $1,500.00 fee paid for the Preliminary Service will be applied as <br />a payment towards items a. through d. above. <br />ITT• Additional Terms and Conditions: <br />a. The time to complete the work by the architect as agreed <br />herein will be 60 days from the date of execution of this <br />agreement. <br />b. The architect will provide the owner, without cost, a set <br />of reproducible record prints of drawings showing signifi- <br />cant changes made during the construction process, based on <br />marked -up prints, drawings, and other data furnished by the <br />contractor to the architect. <br />c.
