The City agrees and consents to the closing of city <br />streets, relocation of city streets, construction of frontage <br />roads and other local roads, and other construction affecting <br />city streets, all as shown on the plan map attached hereto <br />marked Exhibit "A" on Route 106 between Route 10 and north city <br />limit (Santa Ana River) and on Route 10 between the west city <br />limit (0.1 mile east of Nevada Street) and Orange Street. <br />2. That the plan map attached hereto marked Exhibit "A" <br />shall supersede that portion of the plan neap marked Exhibit "A" <br />attached to the Third Supplemental Freeway Agreement dated <br />May 2, 1961, relating to that certain portion of State Highway <br />Route 10 between the west city limit (Kansas Street extended) <br />and orange Street, and become a part of this freeway agreement. <br />3. That except for the superseded portion the said Freeway <br />Agreement dated August b, 1957, and supplements thereto, shall <br />remain in full force and effect, unmodified by any provision of <br />this agreement. <br />4. The State in the construction of said freeway will, <br />at the State's expense, make such changes affecting city streets <br />in accordance with the plan attached hereto or as the same may <br />hereafter be modified by subsequent agreement between the <br />parties hereto. The State may, at the State's expense, install <br />signs, signals and other traffic control devices at appropriate <br />locations to be determined by the State in order to regulate, <br />-2- <br />
