CONSERVATION AG} E T <br />Between <br />PEDLANTS-HIGHLAND-YUCAIPPA. <br />RESOURCE CASTRATION DISTRICT <br />and <br />City of Redlands � lost _Office Box 280j Redd ndz� <br />- Name Ailing Adress <br />I am interested in conserving the soil of the City of Redlands and desire <br />assistance in developing a complete soil and water conservation program for our <br />land. <br />I agree to follow the recommendations of the District as agreed upon by the District <br />and the City to the beat of my ability in establishing conservation practices on our <br />load. <br />Wet the Directors of the Redlands-Righland-Yucaipa Resource Conservation District, <br />agree to help you develop a conservation plan for your land in accordance with <br />its needs and carrying out your plan by providing such information and technical or <br />other assistance as we may have available. <br />This agreement will remain in effect until cancelled by either party. <br />"Neither party shall be liable for damages to the other's property, resulting from <br />caxrying out this plan.
