8. Develop, for approval of the Director of Aviation, an <br />Airport Crash and Rescue and Disaster Control Plan for <br />Redlands Municipal Airport; administer the execution of <br />the approved plan, should a situation arise at the air- <br />port requiring that the plan be implemented. <br />9. In addition, it is specified that the position of <br />Airport Representative entails no policy making duties <br />in regards to airport operations. Matters such as the <br />leasing of airport land, etc., shall be handled by the <br />Office of the Director of Aviation, as approved by the <br />Redlands City Council. <br />Contractor is to carry Automobile Liability Insurance <br />($100/300,000) and Property Damage Insurance ($100,000). Con- <br />tractor is to furnish City with certificates of insurance. Each <br />of said certificates of insurance must contain language providing <br />that no cancellation or reduction in amount of the particular <br />policy represented can be made without the insurance company <br />notifying City thirty (30) days prior to any such cancellation. <br />The City of Redlands must be named as an additional insured. <br />Contractor shall co ence performing representation pursuant <br />to this Agreement on Z, 1972, and continue until <br />this Agreement is cance e . <br />The City and the Contractor both have the right to cancel <br />this Agreement by giving thirty (30) days written notice to the <br />other. <br />Monthly payments of $150.00, in arrears, shall be made to <br />the Contractor on or before the 15th day of each month for the <br />life of the Agreement.
