AGREEMENT <br />THIS AGREEMENT entered into this 13th day of <br />February <br />3 <br />1973, <br />between the City of Redlands, hereinafter referred to as REDLANDS, <br />and the City of Loma Linda, hereinafter referred to as LOMA LINDA, <br />pertaining to the sale of certain water systems. <br />WHEREAS, REDLANDS is currently providing water service in some areas <br />generally west of Mt. View Avenue and south of Redlands Boulevard <br />and west of Richardson Street and north of Redlands Boulevard, and <br />WHEREAS, the water systems of REDLANDS and LOMA LINDA overlap in <br />these areas, and <br />WHEREAS, it is desirable to have we'' defined boundaries between <br />adjacent water utilities. <br />NOW THEREFORE, it is agreed as follows: <br />1. LOMA LINDA will pay to'REDLANDS the sum of $21,000.00. <br />2. REDLANDS will transfer to LOMA LINDA those water mains <br />and appurtenant valves and fittings as shown on the <br />attached REDLANDS drawings numbered B--80078, B-80079 <br />and B-80080. <br />3. REDLANDS will transfer to LOMA LINDA those meters and <br />services shown on the attached 7 sheets. <br />4. Actual transfer of services from REDLANDS rO LOMA LINDA <br />will occur immediately following the meter reading on <br />April 1, 1973 <br />dates <br />
