Ea.-, 280, Redlands, <br />California 92373, herein termed "Grantee"; <br />WITNESSETH: <br />1. Railroad hereby grants to Grantee, subject to the reservations, <br />covenants and conditions herein contained, the right to construct, <br />reconstruct, maintain and operate water pipe line facilities, in, upo <br />along, across and beneath the property and tracks of Railroad at or n, <br />.near Motor Junction, in the County of San Bernardino, State of <br />California, as follows: <br />a. a 121' water pipe within a 20" casing at Engineer's <br />Station 55+35, Mile Post 545.6, in the location <br />shown on the print of Railroad's Drawing LADE-02, <br />dated July 27, 1977, attached and made a part hereof; <br />and <br />b. an 8" water pipe within a 16" casing at Engineer's <br />Station 18+15, Mile Post 544.8, in the location <br />shown on the print of Railroad's Drawing LADE-02, <br />Sheet No. 1, dated July 27, 1977, attached and <br />made a part hereof. <br />Said water pipelines and appurtenances shall hereinafter be <br />collectively referred to as "structure." <br />Said structure shall be installed in accordance with minimum <br />requirements of Form CS 1741, also attached and made a part hereof. <br />As a part consideration for the rights herein granted, Grantee <br />shall pay to Railroad the sum of $400. <br />
