J. H. D. Cox <br />Silas Masters, <br />Mabel S. Morrison, and <br />Howard Stillman of the County of San Bernardino, recorded <br />February 20, 1888. <br />We, the undersigned owners of property on the West side of <br />Orange Street, in the County of San Bernardino, State of California, <br />between Park Avenue and Water Street, in Redlands, in said County, <br />and State, with the uniform depth of 330 feet hereby dedicate and <br />grant to the County of San Bernardino for public roads and alley, <br />land described as follows:- <br />FIRST:- Ten (10) feet of the depth on the whole line of the <br />frontage on said Orange Street, the intention being to widen said <br />street. <br />SECOND:- A strip of land for alley-way, commencing at a <br />point 125 feet West from the West line of Orange Street, as widened <br />as aforesaid; thence running 20 feet West of the North line of said <br />Water Street; thence North at Right Angles 402 1/4 feet to the Depot <br />grounds of the California Southern Railway; thence East at Right <br />Angles 20 feet, and thence South 402 1/4 feet to the point of beginning. <br />THIRD:- A strip of land for a road described as follows:- <br />Commencing at a point 207 feet West from West line of the South side of <br />Orange Street, as wided as aforesaid; thence running 50 feet West of <br />the North line of said Water Street; thence running at right angles 402 1/4 <br />feet to the Depot grounds of the California Southerrn Railway Company; <br />thence at right angles 50 feet East, and thence South 402 1/4 feet to point <br />of beginning. <br />This deed is recorded in Book 70, Page 150 of Maps of <br />San Bernardino County, California. <br />February 20, 1888. <br />
