<br />on behalf of the Company, and either the President or Secretary, the Board of Directors or Executive Committee may at any time
<br />remove such Attorneys -in -Fact and revoke the Power of Attorney given him or her; and be It further
<br />"RESOLVED- That the Attorney -in -fact may be given full power to execute for and in the name of and an behalf of the Company
