O THIS IKDEHTURE, made this 7th day of November, 1903, by and bet; en William Nicoll Moore and Gertrude A. Moore, husband and wife, of the City of Redlands, California, parties of the first part, and the City of Redlands, a rmnicipal cor_�,oration of the sixth class, party of the second part, WITNESSETH: That said Parties of the first part, for and in consider- ation of the sum of ton dollars, to them paid by the party of the second part, the recei-3t of which is hereby acknowledged, do hereby grant unto the said jDarty of the second part the real property hereafter described, for a public roadway, said real property being situate in the City of Redlands, County of San Bernardino, State of Califorri2, to —wit: -- A right of gray for a public roadway in and through the Southwest quarter of Section 36, Township 2 South, Range 3 Nest, San Bernardino Base and Meridian, particularly described as follows, to --wit: A strip of land 35 feat hide, lying adjacent to and im . ediately north of the south line of the said southwest cpaarter of the said Section 36, from an iron pipe at the southwest corner of said S©ction. 36, and thence North 89 degrees 30 mir. tes (890 30" ) East( magnetic varia-tion 14 40' East) 969 1/10 feet to an iron rod at the intersection of the said south life of the said southwest quarter of said section 30 with the middle line of a 50 feat roadway known as Edgenont Drive, formerly cal?-- ed Sunset Drive. The above strip of land, together with a strip 10 feat in width on the south, makes a roadway 25 feet wide, connecting South Avenue, as shown on Map No. 1 of Redlands Heights with Edgemont Drive. The above tract contains 34/100 acres (0.34 A.) more or less.
