Lukens, for and in consideration <br />of the acceptance and use by the second party <br />herein of the premises hereinafter described as <br />part of the public street known as Center St. <br />and the benefits to accrue to me from such use by said second <br />party, <br />Do Grant to the City of Redlands, in San <br />Bernardino County, state of California, <br />All that real property situate in the City of Redlands, County of  <br />San Bernardino, State of California, bounded and described  <br />as follows: a strip twelve (12) ft. in width off of the northeasterly <br />side of all but the southewast fifty (50) ft. of lot one + one half (1 1/2) <br />in block R. Redlands survey, according to plat thereof on <br />file in Recorder's office of said county - said strip of <br />land bring that next adjoining the southwesterly line of <br />Center St. The southwesterly boundary of said strip is <br />forty two (42) ft. from center line of Center St. and said strip <br />is parallel with Center St. <br />The object of this dees is to widen <br />the southwesterly half of Center St. from thirty (30) ft. to fortytwo <br />(42) ft.
