ORDINANCE NO 2927 <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS AMENDING CHAPTER <br />12 44 OF THE REDLANDS MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO USE AND <br />RESERVATION REGULATIONS FOR CITY -OWNED SPORTS FIELDS <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS <br />Section 1 That the City Council hereby finds and determines that the adoption of this <br />ordinance is exempt from review under the California Environmental Quality Act ("CEQA") <br />pursuant to section 15061(b)(3) of the State's Guidelines implementing CEQA <br />Section 2 Section 12 44 282, titled "Sports Fields, Reservations and Fees," is hereby <br />added to Chapter 12.44 of the Redlands Municipal Code to read as follows <br />"12 44 282 RESERVATIONS, SPORTS FIELDS FEES <br />A Notwithstanding any other provision of this Chapter, the City's sports field reservation <br />process, and the application, field usage, and associated facilities fees, shall be established <br />by resolution of the City Council Any person, entity, or organization who violates any <br />provision of any resolution adopted pursuant to this Section shall be deemed guilty of either <br />a misdemeanor or infraction, as set forth in Chapter 1 20 of this Code " <br />Section 3 The Mayor shall sign this ordinance and the City Clerk shall certify to the <br />adoption of this ordinance and shall cause it, or a summary of it, to be published once in the <br />Redlands Daily Facts, a newspaper of general circulation within the City, and thereafter, this <br />ordinance shall take effect in accordance with law <br />Paul T Barich, Mayor <br />ATTEST <br />e Donaldson, City Clerk <br />1 <br />I \Ordmances\Nos 2900 2999 m Word\2927 Amending Chapter 12 44 Sports Field Regulations Clean.docx <br />
