RESOLUTION NO 4949 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS FOR ADOPTION OF AMENDMENT NO 49 TO THE GENERAL PLAN WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Redlands has prepared an amendment to the General Plan and adopted such amendment in Redlands Planning Commission Resolution No 805 after holding a public heanng upon notice in accordance with the Government Code of the State of California, and WHEREAS, Redlands Planning Commission Resolution No 805 has been certified to the City Council of the City of Redlands, and WHEREAS, on the 23rd day of February, 1993, a Notice of Public Hearing was published in the Redlands Daily Facts; and WHEREAS, following said public hearing, the City Council declares that the proposed amendment is in the best interest of the public health, safety and general welfare, and WHEREAS, all of the provisions of the Government Code relating to the amendment of the General Plan have been complied with, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Redlands That the amendment to the General Plan adopted by the Planning Commission in R P C Resolution No 80.5 shall be adopted as follows AMENDMENT NO 49 TO THE GENERAL PLAN OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS Change the General Plan designation from Urban Reserve to Low Density Hillside for property located south of San Timoteo Canyon road, approximately one mile northwesterly of the intersection of San Timoteo Canyon Road and Alessandro Road (Assessor's Parcel Nos 175-222-07, 10, 11, 12, 175-232-04; 294-081-02, 05, 60, 61)
