RESOLUTION NO. 2979 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS FOR ADOPTION OF AMENDMENT NO. 16 TO THE GENERAL PLAN WHEREAS the Planning Commission of the City of Redlands has pre- pared an amendment to the General Plan and adopted such amendment in Resolution R,P C. No. 377 after holding a public hearing upon notice in accordance with the Government Code of the State of California; and WHEREAS Resolution No 377, a copy of which is attached hereto° has been certified to the City Council of the City of Redlands; and WHEREAS on the 23rd day of September , 1972, notice of Public Hearing was published in the Redlands Daily Facts; and WHEREAS on this 3rd day of Octdber 1972, the City Council has held a duly advertised public hearing concerned with the proposed amendment to said General Plan; and WHEREAS following said Public Hearing the City Council declares that the proposed amendment is in the interest of the public health, safety and general welfare; and WHEREAS all of the provisions of the Government Code relating to the amendment of a general plan have been complied with, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Redlands; That the amendment to the General Plan adopted by the Planning Commission in Resolution No. 377 shall be adopted as follows AMENDMENT NO 16 TO THE GENERAL PLAN OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS 1. That the amended General Plan for the City of Redlands and a General Plan Report on Community Objectives, Principles and Standards, on file in the office of the Planning Department of the City of Redlands, are hereby adopted.
