RESOLUTION NO 8276 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS <br />ESTABLISHING A CONTRACTOR LIST PURSUANT TO THE UNIFORM <br />PUBLIC CONSTRUCTION COST ACCOUNTING ACT <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Redlands has adopted the California Uniform <br />Pubhc Construction Cost Accounting Act, as set forth in Chapter 2 16 of the Redlands Mumcipal <br />Code, for the purpose of soliciting bids for public projects, and <br />WHEREAS, at least once per calendar year, a list of qualified contractors shall be developed <br />and maintained by those City departments undertaking pubhc projects in accordance with the <br />provisions of section 22034 of the Public Contract Code, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />REDLANDS AS FOLLOWS <br />Section 1 The adoption of this resolution is exempt from environmental review in <br />accordance with the California Environmental Quality Act ("CEQA") pursuant to Section <br />15061(b)(3) of the State CEQA Guidelines <br />Section 2 The City of Redlands' Contractor List, prepared pursuant to the Uniform <br />Public Construction Cost Accounting Act and attached hereto as Exhibit "A," is hereby adopted for <br />the calendar year 2022 <br />--- <br />ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 7th day of7December 2021 <br />Paul T Banch, Mayor <br />ATTEST <br />e Donaldson, City Clerk <br />1 <br />I \Resolutions\Res 8200-8299\8276 Establishing a Contractor List Pursuant to UPCCAA.DOCX <br />
